Born from the legacy of Ripudaman Graphics — one of India's leading printing and branding houses — we have taken decades of screen printing and dry offset expertise and brought it entirely in-house.

What is OEM plastic manufacturing?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) plastic manufacturing means producing plastic parts and packaging to a client brand's exact specifications — engineered, moulded, branded and shipped under the client's name. Ripu Plastox runs end-to-end OEM workflows from CAD file or sketch to final branded product.

What's the minimum order quantity?

500 units for custom moulded parts. Standard catalogue items — sealant cartridges, paint buckets, jerry cans — ship from stock. We scale to runs of 5 million units for long-term supply partnerships.

How long is lead time for a new project?

New mould tooling: 4–8 weeks. Once the mould is ready, a production run of 10,000 units typically completes in 5–10 working days. Sample units are dispatched and approved before full production begins.

Do you offer food-grade and pharma-grade packaging?

Yes — resin-traceable food-contact and pharma-grade resins are available with documentation supplied per shipment. Common food-grade materials: PP, HDPE and PET. Specify your application and we'll match the right material grade.

Can you print our brand directly on the plastic?

Yes — three in-house methods, depending on the product:

  • Dry offset — up to 8 colours on cylindrical packaging, 7K–10K units/hour
  • Screen printing — roll-to-roll, 10,000m/day, UV-resistant industrial inks
  • In-Mould Labelling (IML) — robotic placement, photographic, tamper-proof, fused into the part during moulding
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We export to clients in Europe, the Middle East and beyond, with full export documentation and compliance support. Containerised shipping from Delhi via Nhava Sheva or Mundra ports.

What materials do you mould?

HDPE, PP, ABS, PET, PVC, PC (polycarbonate), Nylon (PA6, PA66), and custom polymer blends engineered for specific applications. UV-stabilised, flame-retardant and food-contact variants available.
